REFUND POLICY

Did you change your mind? It’s okay, just let us know.

You can cancel your application request in 24h by sending us an email stating that you need a reimbursement of our service fee. The quickest way to get a refund is to reach us via info@trustedtravelerservice.com. Refund requests are usually processed within 24-48 business hours. We will send you an email reply as a confirmation once the refund is issued.

IMPORTANT: Be advised that there is no need to go to PayPal or your Bank to get your refund, as the process will be a lot slower. If you initiate a chargeback via PayPal or any other financial institution, it may takes up to several weeks to get your money back. Please contact us for sorting this out for you.

Please note that we only process full refunds for applications that haven't yet submitted to the Government. If your application is submitted for a background review and we have confirmed that with an email to you, we retain the right to appeal your refund request.

If you contact us after the 24hrs period, we can still manage to issue a reimbursement of our service, ONLY IF your application is not submitted to the Government system. Contact us for more details.

We do not collect or keep any personal information on our servers regarding our customers after we have finished with their requests. That means we have erased all your details once we have processed the refund to your PayPal account. The only information we keep for further reference is Name, Email and Type of Program (Global Entry / Nexus) you have applied for.
